Not only that, every single hyperion is capable of recieving any form of information that goes into their field of influence as well, which means bmo doesn't NEED eyes, his human form is due to him observing humans over time and becoming fascinated with them (which is also related to the fact that shiva has a human form, he just doesnt know that, bmo doesnt know anything about his origins because he doesnt retain that level of awareness, its like not knowing what star your atoms are from)
