uuh irritability i dont think so but if yes then that can be chalked up to my unresolved anger issues, i have had a lot of fatigue recently but i ALSO have had an ass sleep schedule recently, havent had any cramps, and actually yeah i was having headaches a bit ago when walking out of my room, i think that might have been from the fact i had like little to no light in my room at the time and how it was really bright out there
