well Tumore mode takes place after the main chapter on normal mode, and the enemy units got stronger and I have like a theory that you the player in the battle bricks is the villain, like during the dialogue from Tumored Battler in The menu screen he says stuff like: "How many more are you gonna torture for amusement?"
