They can manipulate their stats as much as they like, but it starts to take effort to bring it above "Max", which is 1 million; A threshold to limit people in their universe from being too strong, few people have broken that limit, but none can physicaly stay above [Max] for long, and will naturaly go down to 1,000,000 eventualy
