Tale of Combat - Sam - My Own UnderTale AU

Description: A small game of a creation I call "Master Of Combat" mixed with UnderTale creates this. There may be a slight confusion between UnderLife & Tale of Combat, but they are really the same thing, and this is an edited version of UnderLife. A few of the same characters are still included, and there may be a few new ones or taken places. This character is Sam (of course as Papyrus), and my abilities are lightening related.
