Do you really need to ask why? You just refuse to listen because you feel the blame should be on you. You don't take the corruption into consideration and think everything you did was based on your own free will, when in reality, thats not the case. You wanted to try and find something to help you feel more... real in a way, but every time you found something that made you happy, you got scared of it being destroyed, in which, you've abandonded it. You seem to feel jealous of those who can feel happiness because you feel you've never truly deserved it, and feel its not for you. you push the idea of your own twisted happiness to others to try force yourself into thinking this is what true happiness was
