this works best when you're making a sketch and aren't overstepping how many times you can undo a stroke OR you're fixing an area you've drawn very recently with very few strokes but that has to be done with hindsight of how you want it to look in mind. of course the superior strategy is taking the selected area across the canvas and then deleting the remnant anyways because trying to do this silly little tacti i found while making an actual fully fledged art piece is hell
