not really the lyrics can be interpreted as either wackily supportive or nihilistically acceptive, the "may nothing get rejected, may nothing get infected" part parallels an almost cultish chant, the repeated "but its alright" is almost like some resounding depressive acceptance, "the worlds gone to shit anyways", not to mention every mention of bodily modification is increasingly credulous and horrific yet the singer retains a calm and happy attitude, signifying a sense of numb detachment.
