Not sure, didn't look too much on it, all i remember was that I was on Drawcia's wiki, found that and Mawile was like "OH SO SHE WAS CONSIDERED BUT PRINCE FLUFF WASN'T?" and then I googled it and he was considered but ultimately scrapped.
