from experience it's IbisPaint (defaultism and popularity i think, you already got that tho), MAYBEEE Krita (off the top of my head, yes Krita has a mobile app) and Concept (infinite canvas space but they have Shitty Memberships Everywhere for anything that isn't pencils/brushes, erasers and unlimited layers (you only have 5 with a free plan))
