we have jail and law for a reason, unfortunately corruption also exists, allowing for governmental systems to have unfair bias, bad people get supported by other bad people, radicalization and misrepresentation happens (mostly on purpose as a tactic), all in all we are only against each other because humans are stupid and selfish and ignorant
