Well depends pepper. If they’re “stupid” because of physical mental limitations like disease or trauma then they can’t logically reach a state of “intelligence” higher than the one they’re currently in, so they wouldn’t be so to say “less” of an individual than someone who doesn’t have that physical limitation. If they’re “stupid” because they don’t excersize their consciousness, then theres a state of being that they can achieve by doing so, which we COULD say is more them. We do tend to say people aren’t reaching their potential if thats the case, afterall.
