you can put https://pixelartmaker.com/gallery?after=100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 and it brings you to the newest post on main because thats just how pams code works. there isnt 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 posts on pam its just bigger than the actual number of posts so pam rounds down to the newest post level and brings you to there.
