Uh. The way I see it, from the reference, there are too little strands and with that the strands are way too big and long. The bangs also cover up the eyes a bit, allowing for the eyes to have less effort or worry put into them. I'd focus more on the detail and shape of the hair. This is a reference with that I guess. If that's the way or style you're going for, that's fine, it's just my view.
