also, if your family isn't racist, you're more likely to be against racism overall, especially if you where taught why exactly its stupid at a young age. or its just the overwhelming societal pressure of racism being deeply frowned upon that made a mental blockade for you, or, maybe you just developed a sense of reasoning where you said "this is too far for me, i literally know its wrong" and just dislike it for that reason
