Theres also the factor of “if i stop using it will it really affect it that much” that comes into play. Part of the reason you still use electronics and twitter and so on is because there really isn’t much change that will come from you not using it. But if its something like a smaller roblox game, it can actually affect the person alot. So it comes down to how important it is to you, how bad you see the situation to be, and if you think you leaving it will have much of an effect.
