The conditions for the battle was that she wanted an audience to watch, and have many fight. Something she craved, kind of like- the corrupted side of her talking, just wanting to cause harm now at this point. Also also, without really letting anyone else agree, Marker took that offer, returned back to the main world with Adeleine and Ribbon and tried to sorta just bring everyone into her world so they can begin the battle.
