*PAM city is like any other city in real life but since I live in new York lets take inspo from there so it's like NYC but the sky is almost always showing a cosmos of universes and clouds seem to never happen except during the day where the sjys cloud beyond belief and the only thing is a bright light that Is shrouded enough by the clouds to stop it from hurting anyone but still give light* (oh and some minerals and materials are different then earth but like I'll let you guys make up plants and building materials)
