RE: Shinto Color Palette(s) 1

Description: Repost because the red color for the BG was slightly off. (Fun fact; the BG and Border colors are also from Grey's Pokéball sprite.) These colors are ripped from Shinto, Shitno, and Shitno's Pokédex art. (Again, I'll be uploading Shinto's regular Pokédex art at a later time because im lazy)
