So i just figured out the situation just now and Hope is basically saying "Not everyone acts a certain way" which is on a most basic level, true... using that point to justify your own personal experience with an individual to suggest in an objective and logically superior manner that said person is "not as bad as the other similar person." Its the same as saying the shit you took yesterday isn't as bad as the shit you took today. Its still the same shit, and it doesnt resolve any issues that come from having to smell shit
