major fighting ended due to the rise of Victor and him needing to be stopped but Kennedy was not forgotten, nor did he forget about him. The two sides are still scuffling to this day, with the greater earth area having to deal with Victor which does make them a bit weaker which allows Kennedy to stand on his feet without extraterrestrial aid
