Actually yeah I don't understand why they basically removed voicelines for that but clearly they took the lazy option and just had it to where if the account isn't premium then if they try to put anything into the chat it isn't allowed, and since it had no control it basically did the same to voicelines because of the whole "(Voice) [PLAYER%NAME]: Spy!"
