Description: SC stupid relic things punisher's magnus: available after 100 hits fires a bullet that deals dmg = (def# x 1000) + def% on hit, halve hits required to activate on miss (hit a nonliving entity/barrier/travel 2 miles), suffer dmg = (def# x 100) + (def% / 2) and activate a 15s opportunity window for a pointblank shot on PB hit, deal dmg = (def x 10000) + (def% x 2) on PB miss, die immediately on either counter, do nothing, does not open a pointblank opportunity
