so now i realize that all this self-care talk that is highkey demoralizing is mainly just scaring me into using the conveniently placed NIVEA Men's lotion, with repeated projection. not that i don't want to because sometimes the dry skin gets to me but i think that gave me an extra jolt of fear for people which was already there because of how socially awkward i was to anyone in real life
