Imagination at a large enough scale can affect reality, but living creatures are naturally immune. But, there is a way to bypass this. Imagination flows out of people into reality in flows unseen, these flows carry the exact imagery and ideas that occur when that thought was formed. You may have found yourself "jinx'd" because both you and someone else said the same thing, and thats because of a traffic in flow where two of the same type of imagination converge, which connects two hosts of two different originating points into one section where both of them are effectively "inside" their defense from imagination, because at that moment, you're vulnerable.
