P42DC - Amtrak (Phase IV)

Description: The second livery I made was the Phase IV NEC livery. I liked it a lot more than the normal Phase IV scheme. It just looked really cool. Then, I made the Phase III livery. After that, though, I wasn't satisfied. I decided to make a Superliner consist to pull behind it. Scaling was somewhat difficult, but I think I got it pretty close. I put phase accurate liveries on each of the coaches, causing the one sheet of 3 locomotives to divide into 3 sheets, with the locomotive and coaches behind it.
