In regards to betraying Kirby and his friends, he obtained the Master Crown and thus wearing it; granting him unlimited power. However, the Crown's power grew too much and corrupted him. After being defeated, he got teleported to another dimension and thus lost ALLLLLLL of this powers and everything he had, thus becoming homeless.
