I know what Island in the Sky they are talking about. It is called Scardzia. This new government has sent any and all mutants, rejects, and freaks to Scardzia. It doesn't have a government, instead two peacemakers, Ouroboros, grand Kisuuri of Rebirth and Honor, and Zahal, grand Diduuri of Death and Punishment, although they tell me they have a little daughter, grand Kisuuduuri of Life and Redemption who's name is Parady. I'm not exactly sure how Ouroboros and Zahal came into being, maybe when the earthquake hit, maybe when Scardzia rose, they wont tell me, and I don't pry.
