Dispatch OC - Krimzo Bloodhowller w/ his younger brother, Rojos, as a phantom (though Krimzo didn't kill him; Rojos died whilst trying to save their family from the Red Ring, which is why Krimzo has such a hate boner for them and Shroud, although not Invisigal (Courtney), since they've been friends for a good while, and the death of his younger bro and his family is the reason he became a villain but exclusively went after other villains (except Invisigal and his neighbor of course))
