A couple years ago on Earth, there was a group of people known as the 'Parade'. They were the ones who would kidnap others. It became a thing to fear, it was typical for them to come around at night so a "curfew" was made by survivors. They always came around at night and if you were out, you minus well would be lost. You were told to hide at all costs if they came around.
