ok ill let somethin slip for this one's rage. He controls the fire that it forms as, otherwise it'd be seen as red air. He can then control it into a point, hence the black flash and uppercut, and with white rage, he can control exactly how much he can exempt from his body, then he controlls it's movement as he likes, hence the rage ball. If he isn't there to control it after it escapes his body, well...it explodes for a far distance, until it reaches him again. So he technically has universal-level strength, as he can melt time of a verse this way
