glop is weird. its made of particles, but not anything similar to our quarks, electrons, photons, and so on. It has four dimensional properties, basically imagine this world as a piece of paper. all other particles are pencil drawn dots on that paper, while Hyperions (the particles that make Glop) are like uncooked spaghetti stuck through the paper. They extend into the dimension above our 3D existence (fourth) allowing for some wacky things, like pocket space, supposed "dissapearance and reappearance" of particles, a four dimensional version of "compression" and "density", but mainly for the purpose that these particles that extend into the higher dimension end up going all the way through multiple layers of reality to the corpse of shiva, like tendrils of concioussness slowly dripping from his body, like blood, down to our reality.
