And this advice may seem un pragmatic and useless. Its easy to give advice, not to follow. But who said it would be easy? You have to embrace the fact that you dont and shouldnt be everyones hero. Its ridiculous to strain your own health just for the case of being everyones therapist. You can be there for everyone else when you yourself are better, otherwise how are you going to help them at all.
