I do feel bad for Ronan, though he himself, probably doesn't care. He gave some solid advice, you can complain all you want but as you said, they don't really care about other peoples emotions. Not saying you can't complain, as you should be able too. I just get treated the same way because I'm not "sensitive" enough when it comes to talking to people so I kinda just wanted to share my opinion on that before I got to sleep.
