The story for the animated series is more adult-themed, having consistent swearing, lot of mentions of sexual behaviours, drug and alcohol usage... but it's also more realistic than the game's story. Instead of being an awkward rich weirdo, Jayde's actually a selfish piece of shit who brags his wealth over the poor country of Defenshlia, and Luna has no powers here. Because of this, Jayde doesn't actually go out to save Defenshlia from being turned into another dystopia for Corrular, and Vadinchi becomes president for both of them. The problem lies within the fact that the people who lived in Defenshlia before the ambush? Actually kind of like it.
