Noir is the 5th best in the college, which doesn't mean he isn't strong, it just means the others mastered more. However, he has a very, very strong ability in Emotion Manipulation, which manifests in the ability to split anybody into their core emotions, letting them run rampant. Lets say, you're fighting him and he suddenly splits you into anger, sadness, fear, logic, happiness, etc. You would be completely unable to defend yourself as you're entirely uncoordinated!
