it's one of those peaceful protests where you just create a PFP of clippy and then leave the site for a really long time on August 13th. it's happening because YouTube is implementing this AI age verification thing where if it thinks you're under 18 you get placed under a lot of restrictions and the only fair and square way to get around that is to give up biometric data of yourself like IDs and shit
