the way i do it is i just do whatever homeworks i have due later today. if i have none, i do the work due tommorow. then i spend the rest of my day chilling. if its work-work, like employment, i just devote whatever time i have at work to work. then i dont think about work off work, unless i get an email from my boss or something.
