Depression can be drastically different in different people, it can be incredibly hard to notice sometimes because of just how different it is. And i used to think the same, thinking that therapy isn’t really worth the time or that it’s useless, but once you find the right professional it really does help even if you don’t have issues of major concern, therapy is like thinking to yourself but way more intricate and conclusive. It also feels soooo good to be heard man like I can’t stress that enough it’s such a relief if you struggle with expression/acceptance
