well he wouldn't be able to "regenerate" his brain afterwards so that wouldn't work, calling an archetypal has never been done before and its only something a fully high level magician would be even close to capable of doing, and it would completely erase that magician from existence it wouldn't just "melt their brain", you have to understand that archetypals aren't something that a base, non magician person can use from time to time and be completely ok about after.
