Who killed the kid?

Description: A human kid was killed by one of these characters can you figure out who? (YOURE TRASH BTW) The First character is The Purple Guy. * ........ hi....) Purple Guy likes killing kids so he can stuff them into suits, but when they found this suspect he was at home, but he lived near the crime scene so it could have been a easy escape. Next is chara. Not long after frisk and chara completed a genocide route: they escaped using the human souls ( this is my version) and that was frisk's decision. * ...I-I was at .. grillbys...) Chara looks happy for some reason. Last is jeff the killer * look, I know I like to kill but I swear this time .. It wasn't me..Or was it~?) Jeff i think was off killing someone else who wandered into the woods but i had never seen him hurt a child before.. WHO IS LYING? ( the answer will be posted shortly )
