well first you're gonna want to go into some other app for digital art (i use photoshop), make a 605x605 canvas and make a sketch of whatever or whoever you want to draw. when working on actual outlines, be sure to use a 7px brush and to add sharp edges where possible. try not to add too much, emphasising certain features you want to stand out more. when colouring in the thing, try using some colours that might not make too much sense (eg the yellow eyes or red teeth on this one), and to use limited shading. optionally, you could use some pattern stuff in the colouring for a bit of variety. lastly, add a flat coloured background with some wiggly doodle shit on it idk. importing it on pam is not necessary but you know this one worked pretty good
