fluxly is purporting that talking with and interacting with evan in the past gives one some sort of increased ability to talk about him, and assuming that you are not one of said people who interacted with him, therefor trying to impart some sort of "i'm better than you, pipe down" statement which i find funny because a) no one needs to have directly interacted with a bad person to be able to commentate on them, and b) you have indeed interacted with evan lol
