its all been leading up to this- track 12, Fortress. At 7 minutes 37 seconds it is the 4th longest alter bridge song (behind Blackbird 7:59, Fable of the Silent Son 8:22 and Slave to Master 9:06.) It is the peak of Alter Bridge prog. truly a special song. ill never forget the gloomy night i listened to it for the first time- what a memory. So much emotion in this track its beautiful, a true masterpiece and great way to finish off a perfect album
