He was supposed to defeat sonic and doctor robotnik so him and dave could take over the world, but instead he betrayed dave and became an enemy of sonic AND doctor Ivo Robotnik. he wants to enslave the world but he doesnt want any other leaders besides him. also pronounced "hav-e-air"
