Q: Why the heck does he look like this? | A: Since the AU is 'Raintale', I assumed the yellow jacket was a raincoat, and then I made the addition of making his eye water droplet shaped. So yeah. | I'll say again, the creator of this AU is the same creator of SM (I assume means StoryMist), full credit goes to them, all I did was plug it into my sprite.
