Description: Halastjarna “Nebu” [Redacted Middle name] Nekuo. A Rare case of a Powerless Celheavlin, Nebu has no magical abilities nor resistances, only the same frailties as a Human, save it he’s drawn in a joking manner (buff n stuff.) All the Super abilities were inherited to his Brother, Smastirin “Quasar” Amagatsu Nekuo. Nebu himself is a White anthropomorphic Japanese Bobtail Cat, based off the Sony character Toro Inoue (The Sony Cat.) Often in PAM Nebu will do either normal things or take part in the Strange and Absurd experiences of the world.
