Description: What is Undertale Extreme mode? Well it's undertale hard mode but even harder. So basically a harder difficulty to hard mode. In Extreme Mode Sans is way more agressive and serious then usual, instead of cracking normal puns he makes way darker and edgy puns and jokes, he has only 1 hand in he's pocket, he has shorter pants but no socks, he has 4 different types of slippers and he sometimes wears a shirt but not all the time.
