It typically isn't a normal thing, in fact you never see 'powers' like this with any other person. (Though I'm not sure who the Mage Sisters are--). How I got this? I... actually don't have a clue.. It might have something to do with a program I was forced into at one point? I think it was referred to as the Sub-Consious Project. It was a way for others to possibly get secret information from other humans I think.
