That's why she's often going above and beyond, even if it's killing her. It could be why she may have been more brutal towards you with her words.

777455 You know, Susie speaks greatly from her own experience. The times she's messed up, nobody would accept her worded apology. So she always had to do something else to make up for it, it could be numerous of things. Of course, when she came to Planet Popstar the first time is one of those major times she's messed up. But.... she deals with this sort of thing every day. You shouldn't take exactly what she says and apply it to everyone, you have to really learn from the person themself to really dignify if they actually accept their apology or not.
